Mocha Coffee Chia Pudding Recipe

A simple yet delicious chia pudding recipe made with healthy Greek yogurt.
Makes 3 servings
⅓ cup chia seeds
1⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp instant espresso powder
2 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh berries
1 tbsp raw honey
Add chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, espresso powder and Greek yogurt to a sealable glass jar and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours (preferably overnight). Serve cold with berries and raw honey on top.
