Infographic: What’s the Difference Between Seltzer, Mineral, Club, and Tonic Waters?

It seems like every month, a new sparkling water debuts on our grocery store shelves. In fact, according to the trade publication, Beverage Industry, the market for mineral and sparkling water has spiked, accounting for over $1.5 billion dollars in sales in 2015. The endless options, however, can be overwhelming. Not to mention, the different types of bubbly - seltzer, mineral, club, and tonic – are oftentimes used interchangeably, leaving us to wonder if all fizz is created equal.
