VIDEO: Cherry Chocolate Almond Smoothie Recipe

This delicious cherry, chocolate and almond smoothie contains 19g of protein and just 2g of saturated fat, as well as 916mg of potassium.

Makes 1 smoothie
1 cup cherries, frozen and pitted
¾ cup almond milk, unsweetened
½ tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop (24g) protein powder (use a vegan protein for a vegan smoothie)
2 drops almond extract
Blend all ingredients to a smooth consistency.
