The Little Beet Table is the full service offshoot of its fast casual counterpart, The Little Beet.
The Little Beet opened its doors in January of 2014 on 50th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenue. It was founded by Aurify Brands and its partners Andy Duddleston and Chef Franklin Becker. They vowed that with The Little Beet, they could meet (and even exceed) the three core elements of a great restaurant – quality food, design, and hospitality – in the quick service world. Not surprisingly, people have been incredibly receptive to The Little Beet. So much so that they decided to bring a full service version… to the Table.
The Little Beet Table is to full service what The Little Beet is to fast casual.
