Tucked away on a quaint street in NYC’s West Village, Ancolie is a haven for all things healthy and sustainable. Chloe Vichot, the founder and owner, hails from Paris where she grew up eating fresh, local ingredients with sweet treats, in moderation. Now, she is trying to feed others in the same fashion. As a nod to the environment, most of the food is offered in Ancolie's signature glass jars. Customers are either encouraged to reuse the jars on their own or return their jars to be reused in the café. Almost all of the items are made from scratch in-house and every ingredient is carefully sourced to be as local and seasonal as possible. We encourage you to stop by and check it out!
