Tracy is a registered dietitian nutritionist who loves to learn about good food, talk about good food and of course, eat good food. She believes that balance is the key towards achieving health and happiness.
Tracy learned her love for all things cheesy and delicious at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences. She then continued her journey to New York University to complete her dietetic internship and get her master's degree in Clinical Nutrition. In her career, she has worked in clinical settings, private practice and food service. When she's not working in the culinary world, she is working in corporate wellness where she is teaching employees how to stay healthy at work.
Her interest in food lies in the balance of fresh and local ingredients and of course, dessert!
