Sarah is a registered dietitian and nutrition communications specialist who loves being surrounded by all things food and culinary.
Originally from Tennessee, Sarah graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology. From there she completed her internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN, and moved to New York to pursue her dietetics profession. In her career, Sarah works as both a dietitian and public relations professional, helping connect the dots for food brands by translating the science into effective nutrition messaging. Joining the SPE Certified team has allowed Sarah to additionally incorporate her passion for culinary arts, foodservice and sustainability into her career.
When she is not working you will still find Sarah immersed in food, tasting new dishes and cuisines amid the city’s restaurant scene, or cooking up favorite dishes in the kitchen.
