Angela Foo is a soon-to-be registered dietitian with a passion for nutrition and the culinary world.

She is currently a dietetic intern with a dual bachelor and master of science degree in nutrition and minor in psychology at the CUNY School of Public Health at Hunter College. Her lifelong drive to improve the lives of others combined with her love for food, made a career in nutrition a natural choice.

Along with working with SPE Certified, Angela’s passion for all things food has brought her to work as a line cook at SPE’s affiliate restaurant, Triomphe; a kids culinary class instructor; an editorial and social media director at a family-focused food events company; and recovery coach at an eating disorder treatment center. In her downtime, you can find Angela exploring restaurants throughout the city, cooking up quick and tasty dishes in her kitchen, or searching through food blogs and magazines for new recipe inspirations.
