Mulberry & Vine emphasizes local, seasonal, organic, pesticide-free, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free food. While not completely vegetarian, the menu is mostly plant-based with a prevalence of herbs and spices used to enhance flavor. The food contains no added butter or cream, and the kitchen only uses healthy oils, such as unrefined cold-pressed organic safflower oil for cooking and organic cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil for salads. “We think of food as medicine.”
